No complaints excellent rate it a 5
Lacked substance and not organized very well
Gave it as a gift and it seemed to help.
Although the material is certainly relevant, helpful and focuses on essential relationship issues, it was not clear to me that its actually a workbook. Therefore, you must "work" through various excercises rather than merely read insights from the page if you expect to get the most from the material.
Many of us experiencing "conflict," look for quick fix answers, as opposed to practicing positive behavior change. I discovered there's no shortcuts to changing behavior. Developing transparency and discipline takes a bit more effort than reading a book.
Great book in a great series. I'd just advice anyone who gets the books to take the work seriously.
